Ecostack Innovations Limited is recruiting Environmental Technicians to join an applied environmental monitoring team based in Malta. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields who are seeking hands-on experience in real-world sustainability projects.
The Environmental Technicians will support our data collection and field-based activities and contribute to our projects as part of a professional and multidisciplinary team. You will contribute directly to national sustainability goals through the systematic collection of environmental data across a range of Maltese habitats.

Assist in the planning and execution of field data collection and site visits.
Operate environmental monitoring and sampling equipment safely and accurately.
Record, manage, and enter data in structured formats according to project protocols.
Work collaboratively with researchers, engineers, and technical staff in the field.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and ethical data collection standards.
Undergraduate degree completed or in progress in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Interest in sustainability, environmental monitoring, and fieldwork.
Team-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and/or in varied environmental conditions.
Previous experience in fieldwork, data collection, or environmental sampling.
Familiarity with environmental issues.
Driving licence (EU or Maltese) is an asset.
The role includes a competitive hourly rate.
