Ecostack Innovations offers professional coordination services for Horizon Europe and similar funding programmes. We work with consortia to establish clear, efficient project structures that separate scientific leadership from day-to-day administration, while ensuring both are fully aligned.
Our team supports all aspects of project management, including partner coordination, reporting, budgeting, quality control, and communication with funding bodies. Crucially, we are not limited to administrative functions: we understand the research process and actively support scientific leads by helping to anticipate and overcome challenges. This allows project leaders to focus on scientific delivery, while we ensure smooth, compliant, and coordinated implementation.
Data Collection and Analysis
