Ecostack Innovations is seeking a Post-Doctoral Environmental and Sustainability Scientist to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. We specialise in innovation and policy support and contribute to national and EU projects focused on sustainable solutions.
Based in Malta, the successful candidate will be part of a growing team, working closely with national and international clients, partners, and stakeholders to make a meaningful difference in sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Support and expand our portfolio of international projects related to sustainable development.
Lead and contribute to environmental and sustainability assessments of new materials, services, and business models.
Advance interdisciplinary innovation in sustainability assessment of products, portfolios, and sectors, utilising expertise in earth systems and/or social sciences.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop participatory engagement processes for networking and sustainability initiatives.
Liaise effectively with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and the public.
Support business development activities and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Produce comprehensive reports and other deliverables, contributing to scientific publications within stipulated time frames.
Key Skills and Qualifications for the Role
Possess a PhD in a relevant discipline and focusing on environmental or sustainable development topics.
Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research, as evidenced by publications and project involvement.
Be comfortable speaking to high-level clients and external stakeholders.
Outstanding project management and organisational skills
